As I stated in our Wednesday meeting I have made the introduction of IRDA to my team. The goal is to use  tool that could help the team come to decision faster, foster good communication and develop the behavior of proper partnering amongst the group. Although, the IRDA template is a new tool for us to utilize the concept of IRDA has existed for Recon. I am expecting that with team seeing me go to it and my encouraging the use it will be something that clearly defines and drives home the W.W.W.

This is just our first draft of it as we have discussed it and it will be a living document.  As we embrace waste reduction, cost cutting and our cross training efforts to work towards being more lean and efficient as a team the IRDA Template will be very useful.

Any input on how we can simplify is welcomed.
