Hello Truth

I look forward to to being together Monday.
As 2024 starts, I have been reflecting a lot on 2023 and especially on my journey through the ILP. The process has been one of growth - of getting comfortable being uncomfortable. I believe it is helping me know myself better- being transparent about the struggles and then seeing change.

 The tools are invaluable because I have the opportunity to use them personally but then model and teach them at work ,with my non profit team, and my family.

Some next level goals are becoming more clear because of practicing walk the talk. The ILP has challenged me not to just state what I believe but to live that out. This practice is actually freeing because I make choices about what I will do rather than being swept along to the next commitment.

I am grateful for the way that the coaches and the Truth classmates are encouraging me on this journey.
