Truth,

   I taught recalibration to some of our team at the office. It was good to teach and think deeper about the practice of recalibration. I have learned to see the benefits from this practice but it took several sessions for me to feel the benefits . My first experience didn’t feel natural or relaxing . I felt like I was wasting valuable time. I felt like my first time teaching this practice hit home with my team like it did with me. I think they felt we were wasting time . I will need to keep teaching this practice and I’m sure they will see the benefit's .
