Hello,

   Amy and I are off this week and missed seeing everyone in the teleclass. We did listened to the recording. The one quality from my childhood that I said was determination , Amy thought mine was my ability to do math in my head.
   I think from all the material so far I have used to improve myself is drama triangle, recalibration, and telling ourselves stories. These tools have helped me to be more mindful of the situation and enhanced my ability to stay focused on working my plan and the companies plan. I have also enjoyed my coaching calls with Alex.
  I would say my challenge is working to improve my active listening skill , which I’m seeing improvement but it is a slow process.
