Hello Truth,

   My leadership style that is most natural to me is Strategic Leadership. An achiever mindset has helped me to run the business because we are in a competitive market . We have also been very focused on planning processes and measuring our progress. I have always stressed make a plan and work your plan.
  The leadership style I would like to improve is Collaborative Leadership. I try to listen and involve others in decisions. I like to get everyone’s opinion and consensus on action items when it is appropriate . I know this is an area I can grow my leadership .
