Hello,

I find I am most comfortable leading in a collaborative way especially with my partners in private practice. I enjoy building consensus and aligning goals. This style has also translated well in my non profit.

The leadership type that I need to work on is autocratic. By nature, I am a non-confrontational  achiever, so there are times I need to be autocratic both with patients and employees.  That tends to not be my instinct so I am working on  paying attention to opportunities to utilize these tools.
