Hello Truth,

   I tell myself stories why something isn’t getting done. I have assumed that an employee isn’t giving proper effort, slacking off etc…. I have found in several cases it wasn’t for lack of effort but they needed more training and didn’t fully understand what actions were needed. I have found I need to ask a lot of questions before I start drawing any conclusions. It is easy to make mistakes by using past experiences to assume the same thing is happening again and that’s how the process of telling ourself stories begins.
