Listening to the class just isn’t the same but I loved the debate over which song you would pick on a deserted island.  Mine would be Red Rain by Peter Gabriel.  Though Staying Alive was a great answer!

I feel I receive an adequate amount of feedback, though I might choose more at less in very specific circumstances.  Thanks for making me laugh RPM with your comment about the boss nearly not living to see another day!

I’ve been using the SBI model more for praise.  I really struggle with praise as I feel I might offend others or leave someone out that I don’t mean to; however, the SBI model has really helped.  Now when I praise, the impact statement allows me to be very specific and call out how I felt thus leaving me free to express praise.
