Hello Truth,

     I think when I have a breakdown in committed actions with my team that I would have been more successful if I would have explained the reason it is important to me. I think the feedback guidelines formula of situation, behavior and impact will be a very useful tool . This will help me explain why what I’m requesting is important. This should help make sense to prioritize the many tasks they are juggling for the organization. I think using the feedback formula will help.
