Hello Truth,

    I agree with everyone else post on the balance of work and family. I find myself at family gatherings answering work text and emails. I will be at the family activity or in my personal time but with a foot in both camps. It can be hard to say no and not be available to others so that you’re fully invested with the ones you are present with you. This is my biggest gap I’m working on.
