Hi Truth,

   I looked back through all my performance journals and would say in most cases it isn’t worth someone trying to trigger you with their situation. Staying focused and working your plan is the best course of action in most cases. I have been trigger a few times for people not being honest and not doing their responsibilities. I think having the ability to think about the situation while it is happening and deciding the outcome you want before the interaction on the situation is over has been very helpful.
