Thanks to Stagen for making us focus on our personal visions and not just our professional visions. Once I began to think about my most exhilarating personal moments in the past and new possibilities for the future, I soon realized those moments were mostly outside of work.

Now the challenge is to bring more of my "best and highest self" into the workplace as well. Ironically, when I have done that in brief moments in the past, the outcomes were usually better at work, not a distraction. Why am I such a slow learner??? (smile)
