   I enjoyed reading “ Building Your Company’s Vision article”. We have read most of James Collins books as a leadership team, “ Good to Great”, ‘How the Mighty Fall”,
“ Great by Choice “, and “ Built to last “. I would also recommend all of these books which are built around the principles in this article . We have been fortunate to have the same corporate planning facilitator for the last 23 years . He was the first person to expose us to James “Jim” Collins .
    We review our Company’s vision, core values and BHAG every year. I think this process ultimately helps to build a clear vision and purpose build around core values that help to build a strong culture .
