Truth,

    The best person our organization we have ever had at committed action and communication was a former Captain in the United States Army. You would send him an email and he would respond back received. The next day if it wasn’t complete he would send an update or just simply says “tracking”. Once he completed the task on schedule he would send complete. The level of Professionalism, communication and through put has been unmatched by anyone. The Police department required a very close response to committed action to your chain of command. I first start our business I expected that level of professionalism but I have been worn down over the years and have gotten lacks at expecting this level of professionalism.
    I have enjoyed writing in my committed journal and tracking to make sure dates agreed to are being delivered. I appreciate the reminder of best practices to execution the plan.
