I enjoyed my breakout session with Mike and Dan today as well.  We have the common thread of being involved in a multi-generational company that lends us to really helping each other in the areas discussed today. Thank you Robin for the clarification of working in a business versus working on a business. Love that!

Hello Truth,

Sorry- I had to leave the zoom call a bit early today as the plane was taking off. Wanted to say that I really appreciated Tom and Emily in our breakout session. They asked great leading questions for me and challenged me in using a 2 x 2 with my partners. I’m looking forward to trying this at our meeting next week and reporting back.  I have been used to working in the business. This is giving me more opportunity to work on the business a bit out of my comfort zone. I appreciate the way classmates encourage me  in this role.

And the reason I was on an airplane— I have a great wife.  She scheduled a surprise birthday trip to NYC to go to Billy Joel concert at Madison Square Garden
