     I am back from vacation energized and focus to get caught up. I find myself the most focused and energized in the mornings. I know I can become more distracted and disengaged towards the end of the afternoon thinking about what I need to get wrapped up or thinking about what I have planned after work. I know it is important to stay energized and focus to finish strong.
