   We have been on vacation in Florida and missed the Teleclass , which I said a positive No! Vacation is more important. The biggest problem we have in our organization is clients asking to move up their closing dates and our team wants to please the client and we over promise. This can cause so many problems inside our organization and with our suppliers . I have asked our sales team and construction team not to agree to something that will cause to many obstacles to complete. They have a hard time with saying No . They want to be people pleasers. I will use some of this material to train again at our next staff meeting.
