Hello class,

I enjoyed our time together last week as well. I appreciate the many new friendships that have developed with this group.

I have enjoyed the practice of centering and recalibrating since we met. I have used it several times before I met with people to make sure I have a clear focus of the goals and tasks at hand.

I’ve learned that I have room for improvement in the committed practice logging. I tend to want everything done immediately and I realize that I need to hold myself and the team accountable for dates and deadlines I have given to make sure we stay on track.
