Hello Truth
Back to reality and vacation mode seems a distant past.
I have had several opportunities to teach about the drama triangle with my office staff, friends, and family members. I even had to explain it to one of my patients who noticed the bracelet.
I am finding that I teach it a bit differently than I initially did-I think because of the ongoing practice of recording our weekly DDT adventures.
Paying attention seems to change my perspective and so the way I communicate about it is different.
One of the opportunities to discuss it occurred over a meal with one of my daughters and her fiancé. They subsequently taught my older daughter and her husband about it. When we got together , they were proud to share their new knowledge. I know RPM told us our families might not be interested but my family is really curious about what I am learning.
Have a great week.
Best
