TeleClass assignment - watch a TED video:

I watched the Tim Brown Creative video.  First, very engaging to watch with live demonstrations of his key points in message that emphasized creating a fun atmosphere within working environments to bring out the best ideas.  Secondly, I had heard this elements of this type of team building back in the early 1990's and it resonated with me big time.  The message reinforced in me to always be proactive in the simple application of creating loose but respectful, equal title / rank talking environments within a team to better empower the ideation to really succeed at getting initiatives executed that are high impact verses rigidity that just pumps out the work.  For sure helps the specific Team members I work with daily to perform at high levels and still laugh along the way!
