Active Listening

No doubt this is an effective and much used tool for me to use in my focuses with Nerium!

I've been working with some of our VIP Celebrities who have a desire to build a Nerium Business.  My sandbox is my love, passion and knowledge of Relationship Marketing and how it can be leveraged by anyone to almost any limit!  My desire is to instill some of this into a Celebrity's vision for their involvement with Nerium. I use the Active Listening tool to dig deep into getting to know them better as a person which definitely helps connote our genuine interest in their lives, not just can they make money with us.

Additionally, on my recent tour to Mexico, I went into the homes of some of our brand partners and got to meet their families! It was really special and important to them that we would take the time to get to know them as people and come see them in their homes.  I was able to spend quality time with them and talk to them about their children where they grew up their extended family and some of their dreams for the future! This no doubt brought us closer together as people!
