I am actually a week ahead and will try to stay in front of this.  For this week (I am counting at week 11/9), I am at 90% because I missed our call on Thursday.  I was offsite as the HRBPs were invited to participate in a Mercer global roundtable discussion with HR leaders from best practice companies (ex. AT&T, Ericsson, American Airlines) discussing scalable global HR practices and benefits in a sustainable high growth organizations of the future.  Interestingly many of the war stories and huge unforeseen liabilities were discovered after the fact of these large best practices employers. Interestingly these are areas that we talked about in our Adize's Life Cycle. In addition, areas that the Nerium HR team has taken special due diligence, attention and quite frankly taken the managerial courage to challenge (sometimes with a lot of heat) to try and protect the assets and risky long term commitments that can put an organization in a pinch and unnecessary financial liability. It was reaffirming to hear from International HR leaders in the mature phase of the life cycle that the Nerium international HR strategy is definitely on the right track and the projected risk is real.

Committed Action: Finishing this quarter strong. I am now integrating the Stagen learnings in my weekly staff meeting, reserving 30 minutes a week to share a stagen learning with my team.
