Reviews list from 10/29 on call, and wrote down "Committed Actions" for remainder of program.

1) Using many of the tools, but MUST honor "Time Blocks".  Have blocked ample time in calendar to leverage ILP, but ongoing distractions have impacted execution.

2) "Walk the Talk" with team.  Need to block out the cynics and distractions, and stay true to the learnings.  Reinforce with team in both group and individual settings.
