Core Values

Of the core values of the company the two values that resonate most are:

CV #9: Dream Big and Act on it Daily - I think the dreams that we have ahead of us compel us to create a better life.  And as we build a global borderless family at Nerium the dreams connect us all.  Asia, Latin America, North America are people that are the same.

CV#1: Be Real - To be vulnerable, letting people in and having pure motives is what this means to me.

I choose these two over the others as my favorite, because I see them supporting each other.

Referencing them in a meeting:
As a part of my public speaking for Nerium, I have been referencing these two core values a lot on my Tours.

Insights I've gained by doing this:
Using these two values at the start of these meetings I have noticed that by referencing these is an immediate connection with people no matter who they are or where they live.  Globally, people are the same in so many ways, especially wanting real lives that have a positive future!  This, to me, demonstrates the anchors of what we are building in Nerium-the connection to the heart, that truly deepens the commitment to perform the tactical.
