Another area I feel our field leaders do well:

Practice Servant Leadership-Our leaders are constantly leading by example & pouring their experiences, tips & insights into our new BP’s to motivate & inspire. Most of our leaders are doing this very effectively. The proof is in the duplication of their efforts within their team (in form of volume & new starts, gameplans, etc). Our leaders serve those in & out of their organization-which is what sets a Nerium leader apart from any other leader in the industry. The serve in the form of traveling to markets to help train, being at RRP’s to help others build their organization, help with 3-way calls (again-in & out of their teams), and sharing on webinars.

We truly have a group of talented, giving, compassionate leaders!
