Recalibrating, active listening & committed action

I have been out of town for the past 4 days at a women's retreat (recharging) and missed participating on Thursday! I know it was a great session. I have used Dennis' format (thanks Dennis) to report my actions. What a GREAT week!
Recalibrating, active listening & committed action
Recalibrating
As with most of us, I have a very active family and work day. Previously I would use a similar method to Stop, Ground, Center but found the technique provided to us seems to allow me to focus and reflect just a bit more before taking action. I have been able to use this several times over the past week as many exciting opportunities have been sent our way.
Active Listening
Interesting that I used to think I did a good job of this but am finding this was not the case. After completing the Active Listening module, the awareness has made a complete difference in many of my day to day conversations with my leadership team and agents on the floor. Not only produces better results, it is very refreshing and enjoyable.
Committed Action
Committed Actions are continue to be our "saving grace" in this crazy world in which we live, both at home and at work. It is going to be even more critical during the coming two months as we drive toward launching Korea. There are many activities that are going to continue to require committed actions from all of us (as a team) during this exciting journey.
