Ted

I was able to really put TED to use in Canada this weekend. The coach mentality is something I've always used but reading TED has caused me to be even more patient and ask more questions to help leaders come up with their own solutions.

Learning how others see things has helped me to interact with other personalities. Also learning more of your own traits helps you get better to integrate with the team. For me I've been working on listening longer before I react to get all the facts. I still get in the conversation but with more details.
