Love the idea of the wrist band to bring awareness of the drama triangle. I've actually gone out and bought a watch with a rubber band which I now use for this exercise. Just this past week I was at dinner with some of our Canadian leaders and the drama triangle was in full effect. I could feel it getting more and more intense and looked down at my watch and that was my indicator to turn the conversation around. Went into creator mode and we ended up having a very productive dinner.
