One of my guiding principles is work ethic.  I had to dig down deep to drive out of convention and not take a break. Believe me I wanted to just go to sleep:) One of the keys in momentum is once you have it you have to work hard keep it. Having a full convention also means we took most of our producers out of the field for about a week. There's a lot of business to drive before the end of the month. I used this guiding principle to book extra travel and extra conference calls to push the team. I'm also proud of my wife whose my workout partner who also stepped up and committed to go all out this month. Helps to have a good workout partner!
