I often allow my demanding schedule to be my excuse to not walk the talk when it comes to eating well. Over the past month leading in and out of the conference I've focused heavily on eating healthy. This is a main goal of mine since when I eat good, I feel good, and when I feel good I'm more focused and perform better. The key for me has been planning my meals better especially when I'm traveling.
