The dynamics of D’s & C’s working together can be rather interesting! As it would seem a C is holding up the flow, they are just processing in their own way. It is a great benefit to have someone that is analyzing all angles and thinking of things others would normally pass up.

In the grand scheme of things, both attributes are admirable & needed for success within a team therefore having the insight on these behavioral patterns is a blessing to work through!

Life would be much easier if we had our dominant zone (D-I-S-C) etched on our foreheads so we understood how to work with each other before we even meet! Just kidding :)
