By being the leader for the entire field of Nerium, it is my personal responsibility to always be the best reflection of Nerium. I take this responsibility incredibly serious. I have to earn the trust of people that are younger & older than me by being a strong, confident, positive role model. One of the ways I achieve this is by never asking Brand Partners to do anything I haven't done or would be willing to do. I lead by example. When interacting with Brand Partners I display acts of integrity (following through with any promises/commitments I've made), I practice humility (as many people have preconceived notions of what a top leader would be like), I practice happiness by greeting everyone with a smile and I practice loyalty with my unwavering passion for Nerium and its people. I provide hope by inspiring and empowering our BP's that they can have the life of their dreams with our fantastic opportunity.
