Walk the Talk insight (Week 6) Tammy Smith 24 Mar 2015 17:51 UTC

After reflecting on the past few weeks of logging “Walk the Talk” I am noticing a trend. I tend to not fully align with my core value of eating clean. I find myself hiccuping then feeling guilt. I’m beginning to think I need to become more realistic in my core value & loosening the grip a bit. Although I want to be full-out I think I need to allow myself some breathing room to be okay with slipping. Rather than feeling like failing, I need to adjust my core value to allow me some short term “wins”, then revisit for adding more elements to my overall core value. Cold turkey isn’t working for me.

I’m a work in progress & improvements are imminent!

Thank you,

Tammy Smith
