This week I was hiring someone for a social media project I’m working on. After reading my disc report one trait a “D” has is to hire or assembly teams only made up of other “D’s” or like minded people. I ended up going with a candidate that was for sure qualified but was not at the same level of enthusiasm I would have normally wanted. Their resume and on the job experience is really off the charts however I would have not hired her based on being attracted to hiring other “D’s”  I used the knower vs. learner  and believe I hired a really awesome social media manager for Tammy and I.
