Funny but David was my discussion partner on Stagen call and we both had same core value belief..
 Health.. We both see it as the basis that allows you to live out all other core values. We had a great discussion. Interesting  that we got linked .

Love the section on learning and Practice. One of my most difficult things  to do is not be the Knower when it comes to field activities  of Brand Partners.
It's easy for me to play the you have not been in the field card. Although the Experience gained in the field is invaluable but it should never get in the way
of opinions from the team who don't have that background. It's very easy for Mark Tammy Renee Dennis and I to use it.
My goal is to be a mentor more from my experience not the knower. It's the collective wisdom of all of us with our own Perspectives that makes us a great team that learns from each other.
