Yesterday I demonstrated a Learner Mindset while meeting with my daughter, discussing her higher education plans.  I have always been confident that I was a Knower regarding scholarships and her opportunities regarding them.  Like Tammy, I kept quiet as I let her educate me.  I was thrilled to be informed that she had recently received two scholarships (A&M higher education program) and is in the process of waiting for responses on several others.  I had just gone through all of this a few years ago, with two of my other children and was convinced I Knew the "ins and outs".  So glad I remembered to apply my Learner method - and she loved the alternate approach from me.
