To the breakthrough team!

Stagen is clearly not 'just another developmental' program and they take their mission as serious & as passionate as we take ours - Make People Better!
In order to be a great leader it's been said that one must first be a great follower -- and we're following their lead 'walking' us through the talk as they hold us accountable to our new daily/weekly disciplines.  I love it!

This week we (I) could observe this as doors were respectfully closed for a short time as we all focused on ourselves and therefore our commitment to Nerium.
My team enjoyed learning about the drama triangle and I enjoyed sharing something outside of the what's due today list & I know they enjoyed talking about something else as well.

Personally I believe in the slow is smooth and smooth is fast philosophy - Looking forward to this personal & professional journey - Count me in!
