Tuesday was enlightening. I had my 1st exposure to the Drama Triangle that evening-with my new set of eyes! As much as I’d like to think I took the role of a “Coach", I may not have. I offered direction on what they should do to handle/address the situation yet didn’t ask what they thought to do since they came to me when they already exhausted all their ideas. Hum, am I looking at this correctly? Was I playing the “Rescuer” role rather than the “Coach” role?
