Team Rohn,

I'm here in AZ doing a 3 day event. I've already implemented several things from our class into my leadership training with our top field Brand Partners.  Some of the big takeaways for me were the multi tasking roadblocks. I for sure multi task. I've already started to focus more on the task at hand and working hard to eliminate any distractions. The second thing that impacted me was to not check email every 5 minutes:) I've shut off all notifications and am working on more of a regular schedule to check email.
