Subject: Teleclass Reminder
Team Rohn,
In our next Teleclass we will be focusing on Feedback. It is scheduled for Thursday August 13th at 10:00am CST, same call in number and PIN.
You’ll not only get a thorough review of the best practice for giving feedback, but you will also get the rare opportunity to practice.
This is where real change happens.
In preparation for our call, please bring a situation to the call that is in need of Constructive SBI Feedback.
Keep in mind that SBI is an isolation of what may well include a broader leadership interaction that involves a specific request or moving into asking or telling as a Coach or Challenger.
We will use small breakout groups to practice.
In your group, you will each take about a minute to explain the scenario, practice giving the feedback and entering a role play, and finally, a group After Action Review or “feedback on the feedback.”
