To add on to JD's comment about Nerium's values. Wanted to share the first peek to this group and our Stagen coaches at the new core value video that Chelsea worked on for our new .com website that explains our core value by team members! Great job Chels! This is such an important part of who we are and I think this video brings that to life!
Well good news, and bad news. I set up a Rule to send all related to my ILP folder, and set up a reoccurring appointment with myself to work on ILP, but missed all the activity until now! Wow, lot’s of great dialogue!!
For me, spent the first appointment with myself today working on my Personal Values. For context, I also reviewed the Nerium Core Values. Really could not ask for a better set of Values, well written. Frankly impressive for a young company…congratulations to the original team that wrote these. Not sure we can make much better, but look forward to re-visiting with the entire team. Also going to weave some of the Nerium concepts into my personal values exercise.
