Good Sunday to all.

Lagging behind —  or mildly delinquent — in a few Stagen deliverables for the week, I’m listening to the meaning module from a hotel room in Iraq, after an extra long week, and about to sleep at 7 PM so I can head to the airport at 2:45 AM. Why am I sharing these facts? Simple; to elicit understanding from Cindy coach for all delays :)

Before I sleep, I must share one idea on the audio version of the meaning module that shifted me, and that was the one where a job or a profession is, intrinsically, a "journey of meaning." I immediately felt responsible for becoming aware of the journeys of meaning of those in our team. Given the nature of our mission at Lemon Tree Trust in working for refugees, my definition of meaning is different to the definitions of my in colleagues here in Iraq, all of whom are refugees. This idea prompted me to dig deeper, effective immediately. I’ll report when I learn more.
