Subject: [EXT] Learner x Knower

I believe my standard has been predominantly being a knower with the excuse to get things done quicker and not wasting time.

As we went through the Knower and Learner ideas, I became more aware of the fact that I have been much more a Knower than a Learner. Just the awareness has brought me in to a mode that I am listening more these las couple of weeks.

Interesting how the awareness of the Lerner – Knower concepts makes you start changing the behavior.

Now being a Learner is bringing another practice, which is asking better questions.

Anyone on this idea?
