Hello everyone,

I had a team member whom I recently moved into a new role step up yesterday during a meeting, setting a great example for the person who is filling her role.

She recapped open issues and agreed to committed action dates(times) by task after the meeting so that everyone (over 12 people) all new what needed to be done and who owned it for this morning's meeting.

I few people didn't hold up their end of the bargain, but did not push back that it was someone else's fault since they agreed to own it.  At this point, all is complete and I leave for the airport in a few hours with plenty of time to spare.

I took this person off to the side today and thanked them for their leadership.
