I had a great meeting with our largest customer this week showing how we are doing to offset the new tariffs and my team did a better than great job getting me ready for it.

Before our download meeting with my team I framed the situation of how they went the extra mile to prepare me by outlining every detail and our buyer was very very impressed that we were taking the initiative vs being a victim.

The team was so happy the meeting went well and felt appreciated for the hard work they did to prepare me for the  meeting.
