Hello Stagen family,

I had my last coaching call today with Tony today :(

I kept a running weekly agenda as things came up what I wanted to bounce off of him every week.  The purpose was to get his perspective or him asking me challenging questions to get me to think it out myself. Every call was very helpful and made me think about other perspectives before making a decision or jumping to a conclusion.

It's great to know that I made it to commencement, but on the other hand now I need to challenge myself which I feel I have had a solid year of training.

I feel more confident, but we will see in a few months from now if I still feel the same.
