The stakeholder I want to assess for Galerie is our community.
We contribute candy to our local foodbank, police station, fire department and do a toy collection for an under privileged elementary school near us.
One thing that we did last year was to bring my wife girl scout troop on a company tour our building to show what we did and an overview of who we did it.
The parents on the tour were blown away, they had no idea a warehouse could be so nice (clean, quite, temp controlled) and such a pleasant place.
It went so well the owner of our company asked us to begin bringing the community through to learn who we were. I think this would help the community by feeling part of our business by just understanding who we are and what we do versus just a 270,000 sq ft building in the town. I think this would help us by word of mouth that when we advertise for help someone in the community may know someone looking for a job letting them know they have been to our place and it is nice and to check us out. We run into a ton of competition for help with the airport, Kroger and especially Amazon and any little advantage that could be a win win could benefit us all.
