Hi Stagen friends,

I was nervous about sharing my purpose statement today and going first didn't help.

I was on the call with Jarrod and was surprised that both of ours boiled down to something very similar, which made me feel better about myself and doing the long exercise and the conclusion I finally came too.  I realize that the purpose statements are never really final, but I do feel that I am in a very good position now with mine and it feels right for now.

I do appreciate our teleclasses, being open and honest which is something I will miss.  I am hoping to put something in place with my team or the management team here at Galerie over the next few months that we can get together as a team/group which we tried after our Advanced Execution class that didn't go into effect because of lack of support.
