Yesterday I had a kick off meeting with a client and I decided to discuss the five dysfunctions just after the introduction of each team member.
It was an interesting experiece to raise the awareness about the concept and a major conclusion was to think about 2 or 3 ideas to build a “Rules of Engagement” for the team perform at a high performance level as proposed by the model.
We should share this and finish our RoE next meeting in two weeks time.
Anyone has such experience and can suggest ideas?
