I was able to read the book last week with spending 5 hours on planes.

I was so excited about how easy it seemed to transform a team from dysfunctional to functional and spent a lot of time on my call with Tony this week thinking through how I will begin this with my team once it get back from vacation next week.  I feel it tied into what Thea was saying about working as a basketball team vs bowling alleys.

I know it may not come off as I expect and Tony gave me some advise about free writing to help me understand my objective and how to clearly communicate it to the team to get them to react as a team like the book.

I do realize that the training I did as part of our class requirements came off good, not great, seemed to me kind of choppy but I do feel it will (as this process of build trust on my team)  get better the more I do it.
